1. Acceptance

By using this website or enrolling in a CloudCompute Grid program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or programs.

2. Educational purpose

Content is provided for education on seed phrase storage mapping and related documentation habits. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See also our Not Financial Advice page.

3. Accounts and communications

When you contact us or join a cohort, you agree to provide accurate contact details and to refrain from sending seed phrases, private keys, or photographs of recovery media.

4. Intellectual property

Site copy, curricula, worksheets, logos, and audiovisual materials are owned by CloudCompute Grid or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or republish course materials except for personal educational use expressly permitted in your enrollment materials.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, harvest personal data, or use our materials to facilitate fraud or unlawful activity.

6. Informational pricing

Prices shown on this website are informational. Checkout or payment processing, if any, occurs through separate channels described at enrollment. This site does not complete purchases.

7. Disclaimers

The site and materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or that educational exercises will prevent loss of assets or access.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CloudCompute Grid and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or digital assets arising from use of the site or programs. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ₩100,000 if you paid nothing.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CloudCompute Grid against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your decision to share recovery material with third parties contrary to our guidance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
